Estates lawyers in British Columbia face their own unique set of challenges, driven by evolving provincial laws and legislation, together with shifts in client needs and expectations, and family structures. 

This opening session will provide a brief overview of WESA and review some of the new cases from 2023/2024 to keep you up to date on the development of case law.
